When will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 2:00 pm Mountain Time Monday through Friday will generally be shipped the next business day via FedEx Ground. Orders placed over the weekend will generally be shipped on the following Tuesday.
GoodLight orders ship from Sparks, NV. Depending on your location, FedEx Ground generally delivers in 1 to 5 business days (this does not include the day it ships). Shipping Rates
Keep in mind that while our candles are the most affordable paraffin-free candles anywhere, they are relatively heavy; this means that freight charges aren't always proportionate to the purchase price. To help keep these shipping costs affordable for our customers, GoodLight absorbs as much of this as we can. It's also important to remember that we're a small company. In the age of Amazon, it's easy to expect fast & free shipping, but we don't ship 1.6 million packages a day so we can't negotiate next-to-nothing shipping rates from our carriers.
Orders over $99 receive free shipping. Free shipping activates after all discounts have been applied.
For orders below $99, shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order and are as follows:

Tracking says my order was delivered but I don't have it.
If FedEx tracking says your order delivered, but you don't have it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will investigate and if necessary, file a claim with FedEx (claims may take up to 90 days to reach resolution). GoodLight is not responsible for missing or stolen packages that FedEx correctly delivers nor are we responsible for missing packages if the address given to us by you is incorrect. If you accidentally enter the wrong address, contact us and we will do our best to re-route the package. If your order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for the FedEx charge to re-route the order.
